High School

In secondary school, in addition to the basic training that includes subjects such as Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Mathematics, among others, we offer students Formative Itineraries. These itineraries aim to deepen concepts and themes in the four areas of knowledge: Human Sciences, Natural Sciences, Mathematics and Languages, allowing students to choose specific courses according to their interests and aptitudes.

In addition, we provide complementary studies focused on the entrance exams, as well as elective subjects to further enrich the students’ academic experience. An essential aspect of our program is the Life Project, where our educational advisors work together with students to discuss the important choices that need to be made both now and in the future.

At Escola Comunitária we offer a wide range of support to students, with a focus on preparation for the university entrance exams. Our methodology integrates the regular curriculum with specific preparation for entrance exams, incorporating effective strategies during lessons. In addition, we offer regular mock exams for the main entrance exams and Enem, doubt sessions, study guidance and revision classes to ensure consistency in our students’ preparation.

Our Life Project classes offer individualized guidance from teachers, together with expert advice from Selevip, to help students navigate the entrance exam calendar, explore course options and universities that best suit their profile and career choices.

One of the highlights of our academic calendar is the Careers Showcase, an annual event in which professionals from various fields visit our school to interact and share their experiences with students, providing them with valuable insights into their future career paths.

In addition, we offer programs of excellence, such as High School and Cambridge exams, in which we stand out for the preparation of our students.

The Escola Comunitaria’s High School focuses on the student’s Life Project. Our institution seeks to offer a personalized education, aligned with the individual goals and aspirations of each student. In addition to the subjects in the curriculum, which provide a solid base of knowledge, skills and abilities, we offer Formative Itineraries, specialized knowledge trails to complement the student’s study journey.

To ensure comprehensive learning, we offer a variety of resources, including doubt sessions, elective subjects, Cambridge exams and the opportunity to participate in High School. Recognizing the importance of the essay in the country’s main selection processes, we invest in intensive work, both qualitative and quantitative, in the production of texts. Our students are supported by dedicated teachers, as well as having the support of external proofreaders hired by the school and the Letrus digital platform, which specializes in writing proposals and correcting texts.

We also provide complementary learning spaces, such as the Maker and Science Labs and the active methodologies room.
